    Over the past 27 years of dedication, we have cultivated an experienced team of craftsmen. For stone surface finishes, we offer various methods including natural cut surface, polished surface, sandblasted surface, flame-treated surface, acid-washed surface, and more, ensuring a comprehensive range of choices for our customers. In granite carving, we employ both manual and machine carving techniques.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and checks. 50% deposit is usually required to initiate the production process.
  • How much does a custom headstone or monument cost?
    Normally our Flat Marker starts at $599 and Upright Marker starts at $1399 not including shipping and installation fee. The cost depends on factors such as size, design complexity, chosen materials, and additional features. Please contact us for a personalized quote based on your specifications.

    We primarily use high-quality granite and natural stones. Our team can assist you in selecting the right stone based on your preferences.

  • How long does the production process take?
    The production timeline varies based on the complexity of the design and current workload. Generally, production can range from 4 months to 6 months. We will estimate the production time for your order before you make the deposit.
  • Can you provide remote support if I want to order online?

  • Can you provide granite landmark signage for my company?
    Of course! We have customized granite signage for many clients in California and Florida.
  • One of the vases on my monument is missing. Can you customize one for me?
    Yes! You can provide the current vase style and size, and we will create a new vase match the one you have; or you can call us to check our in stock vase inventory and replace the existing vase.
  • Do you provide cleaning services?
    Yes, we strive to meet customer needs through our efforts. We can provide professional cleaning services for monuments.
  • Can I see a CAD design before production?
    Yes, we provide CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings for approval before proceeding with production. This allows you to visualize the design and make any necessary modifications.
  • Can you create custom stone designs to other products besides headstone?
    Absolutely! We specialize in customize designs and can incorporate unique elements or personalized details any stone products you would like. Besides headstone, we can also do sculptures, fountains, and other decorations.
  • What happens if I need to make changes to the design?
    We understand that adjustments may be necessary. We provide opportunities for design revisions during the CAD approval process to ensure your satisfaction. Once CAD drawings are finalized and production begins, changes to the product are not accepted.
  • Do you offer installation services?
    For now, our team will provide professional installation services in Ohio. Other areas installation request need to call us to check the availability. Our experienced team ensures that the monument is securely placed at the chosen location.
  • Do you ship across the United States?
    Yes, we have long-term partnerships with R&L, XPO, FedEx, and UPS to ensure that our products can be safely, efficiently, and quickly delivered to the destination.
  • What are the shipping costs and delivery timelines?
    Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Once production is complete, we aim to ship promptly. Our estimated delivery times are as follows: East Coast: 3-7 days Midwest: 1-3 days West Coast: 7-14 days Specific major cities may have different delivery times: 3 days for New York 7-14 days for California 5 days for Florida 2-3 days for Chicago. Remote areas may require additional fees and longer delivery times due to trucking companies servicing remote routes once a week. We support shipping to Canada, but delivery times may be affected by customs clearance. Islands inaccessible by road cannot be serviced by our shipping arrangements. Please contact us for specific shipping details and estimated delivery times.

Customers must notify us promptly upon receiving the order (within 24 hours of delivery) to discuss options for returns or exchanges Please understand that all stone products are highly customized, and once engraved, we cannot resell them.
