At UN Stone Monument, we offer comprehensive services to assist you in creating a meaningful and personalized headstone for your loved one. Here's a brief overview of our process:
Step 1: Bring your Idea/Get a Quote
Share your vision and ideas with us. Our team will provide a personalized quote based on your specifications and requirements.
Step 2: CAD Design
Once you approve the quote, we'll create a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) of your order. We'll revise the draft until it meets your expectations and allows you to visualize the final product.
Over the past 27 years, we have cultivated a team of highly experienced CAD drafters. With numerous successful cases in stone and monument design, we're prepared to create the design you have in mind. Generally, our team can complete CAD drawings within one to three business days. The CAD design fee for monuments starts at $50. The CAD design fee will be waived if you purchase our products.
Step 3: 3D Print or Clay Model (Optional)
After the customer completes the CAD layout design for the stone product, if there is insufficient understanding of the layout drawings or a desire for more precise details, we offer 3D resin printing or clay sculpture carving. Through three-dimensional representation, we can visually showcase the product to you, and modifications are also supported for clay sculptures. The production time for 3D printing and clay sculpture is generally between 7 to 30 days, with costs starting at $100.
Step 4: Submit your design/Place order
Once the product style, granite color, CAD design, and 50% deposit payment are confirmed, our stone products can begin production. Due to high factory demand, the delivery period is between 4 and 8 months. The specific timeline will be confirmed before placing the order.
Step 5: Create Concrete Base
The concrete base policies may vary depending on cemetery rules. Some cemeteries will install the concrete base unifily. If not, we will negotiate with the cemetery to produce a concrete base that meets their requirements. The cost of our concrete bases varies based on the size of the monument, price starting at $100
Step 6: Installation
For now, our team will only handle the installation process in Ohio.
Once the monument is delivered, we will promptly proceed with its installation, ensuring that the headstone is securely placed at the chosen location in the cemetery. Installation fees start at $150 based on the size of the monument.
